New clients should arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out brief forms prior to body treatment, facial, or waxing appointments.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice through the online booking portal . Less than 24 hours before you will need to call.
